Introduction (setting the scene):

Our program gives student participants a real opportunity to take on responsibility that develops independence through active ownership of their camp experience. It provides them with safe and simulated leadership experiences that are student-led, outcomes focused and teacher-guided. From the very beginning of the program, students will take on key roles and responsibilities that carry through the entire duration of the program, on a role-rotation sequence, facilitated and guided by our highly trained and qualified staff.
