Freycinet Nat. Park as a natural resource for exploration is almost unparalleled on the Apple Isle. Easy Access from both major city centres puts it in an ideal location for maximum exposure to everything it has to offer. From overnight hikes in to one of the most beautiful beaches on the world, to sea kayaking adventures in the secluded yet safe surrounds of Coles Bay, Students will be fully immersed in the Travel and Exploration Culture of Freycinet.

Aims & Objectives (Educational Outcomes)

Student planning and preparation for interstate programs is especially important and with the support of OutBeyond they will be actively involved at all stages of preparation. Ideal for Duke of Edinburgh Adventurous Journey programs as well as schools looking to provide a great opportunity for skills building like leadership, resilience, teamwork, safety and risk management, communication, environmental education and conservation. Freycinet National Park is world renowned and providing students the opportunity to grow through delivery of the OutBeyond Leadership Development Program in such an environment is an experience that staff and students will never forget.

Apply online to partner with OutBeyond.

We visit your school.

We'll arrange a visit to your school to work with you in developing a tailored program suited to the unique needs of your school and your students.

Step 3

Pre-Camp program.

OutBeyond educators run a full-day program at your school including student ice-breaker & planning activities, teacher on-boarding workshop and a parents information session.

Step 4

Camp Program.

Program Review & Feedback.

OutBeyond will meet with your camp coordinator and discuss the programs effectiveness in detail, including:

  • Provide teachers with tools to continue the developmental outcomes in the classroom.
  • Present and review Teacher & Student feedback forms.
  • Discuss any issues or concerns.
